The latest...

We have our court date tomorrow morning to finalize Sierra's adoption. I know, you're thinking, "Didn't they already have their court date?" The short answer is no. The longer answer is all the pieces that needed to fall into place before the court date, didn't.

But it does not matter. Today with our daughter matters, and tomorrow, will take care of itself (hopefully a court, judge, and paperwork will be involved with tomorrow though!)

We've slacked on pictures and videos. We should have some new ones soon.

What's new though?
Well Sierra rolls all over the place now. Especially in her bed. We go into her room every morning to find her often times on her stomach, with her head in the corner, slightly frustrated at her present position.

She is getting better and better at sitting up on her own. She spends many a play time sitting up with her toys. Mom and Dad have to stay close by, though, because she still will wobble into a face plant or backwards fall.

She's stepped up to peas and green beans in her diet (that Steph is making on her own). Sierra seems to like them. Of course, after formula and rice cereal, who wouldn't?

She's also started drinking out of a sippy cup. She's still learning to hold it by herself for the whole time, but she likes it. That's evident by the fact she forgets to breath sometimes while drinking it.

It happens fast, but we're enjoying every minute of it.
Okay, maybe the nights when she's sick and Mom doesn't get much sleep aren't exactly fun, but taking care of her is enjoyable.
