Her first bath
She enjoyed the bath until we got to her hair. It wasn't that she didn't like it, she just was like, "Hey, what's going on up there?" But she smelled wonderful and Steph had the chance to brush her hair for the first of many times...

Welcome to parenthood, Brewers!
We are thrilled for you and nostalgic about when we met Jerica for the 1st time in her birthmother's hospital room--the awe, the tears, the miracle of it all--and the anxiousness, too...
God is good and He works things out for our best in His good and perfect time. We can attest to that over and over.
Allow the emotions--the relief, the joy, the love, the grief, too, that you may feel for the birthmother's loss at your gain. All are normal, valid, and allowed. We've been there.
Enjoy these early moments. They pass so quickly. We look forward to seeing all 3 of you and walking this road with you for years to come.
I just cannot get over how ADORABLE she is! My heart (and tears) swell for you each time I look at her! As an adopted child myself, I want you to know how much love and respect I hold for you as parents. God made you and Sierra for each other - in his own way! And isn't God awesome? I think she looks like Jeremy! That dark hair and those sweet eyes! The Lord works in mysterious ways. I cannot WAIT to hold her and smell her. I love the way new babies smell! Enjoy this time of "waiting" - it blesses you with lots of time with her in the hotel to do nothing but love on each other! We are anxious for you to come home and will be here for whatever you need. Let me know if there is anything you need done with the house or other business while you 3 are in Nevada! Blessings, ERICA BROWN

PS--Keith's mom is a MomB, too!
